Mom just called me. She met Grandma at the Burger King in Marysville at 1 pm for lunch. Then the inspection was after that. She said things went really well. She said that the previous owners unhooked the sensor on the automatic garage door opener. Thursday before we left for Toronto we looked at a house out in Port Huron Twp. We put a bid in on Thursday & mom heard back from her agent yesterday morning.  She got the house.  Closing is I believe May 20th with immediate occupancy.  A 4 year old house is gonna save mom a lot in remodeling & fixing stuff up.  It's very neutrally decorated so we' ( Read more... )
